Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 28 days of purchase.

The customers are responsible for the return of any purchase.

Please contact us immediately support@gamedogclothing.com if you decide to return your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Terms & Conditions

All goods purchased from GAMEDOG are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle them with care and make sure that you send the package by a method which protects the value of the goods.

You must retain your proof of postage in the case the goods do not arrive (we advise recorded delivery). If we do not receive the goods within 28 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return.

In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 28 days of receipt of goods. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that items have been worn, damaged or mistreated.

Sale items 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange like for like, please send us an email to support@gamedogclothing.com and send your item to the shipping address above.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
